What we collect, and what we do with it.

The form on our contact page asks for your name, phone number and message, and optionally an email address and a subject. It is submitted to Formspree, a form-handling service that receives it and forwards it to us by email. We ask for those details because we need a way to answer you. We do not sell them, share them with anyone else, or add you to a mailing list.

The scheduler on the contact page is Calendly. If you book a slot, Calendly holds the name, email address and time you give it and passes them to us. Booking is optional - you can email us instead.

Where the site shows an email link, it opens your own mail app; what you send that way is held by your device and your mail provider under their own terms, not by this website. This domain publishes no phone number and has no WhatsApp channel - the Libya site, revaluar.ly, has both.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers the language you chose in two places: a small cookie named rv_lang, and your browser's own storage. The cookie is sent to us with your requests, which is what lets the site open in the language you picked; it holds that one choice and nothing else - no name, no identifier, no record of what you looked at. Clearing your browser data removes both. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may record aggregate, anonymous traffic statistics; nothing that identifies you individually reaches us that way.

We keep an enquiry while we are talking to you about it, and afterwards in our business records. If a project follows, the records belonging to that project are kept for as long as we support it.

Write to [email protected] and ask us to delete what we hold about you, and we will do it and confirm when it is done. If you would rather see what we hold first, ask for that instead.
